Suzanne Anton

Welcome

Welcome

Suzanne Anton is a lawyer, mathematics teacher, community activist and a leader in Vancouver and British Columbia’s political landscape. Her political leadership includes serving six years as a Vancouver city councillor and three years as a Vancouver Park Board commissioner.

Suzanne is a hands-on politician and problem-solver. Her concerns are the real-life issues of her constituents and the province. At the same time she has deep experience in the leadership, management and financial operations of some of BC’s largest organizations.

Suzanne connects with people across the country, the province and in her community. She listens closely, engages with passion, and gets results.

This is what others have to say about Suzanne:

Stockwell Day, Former Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway under Prime Minister Stephen Harper:

"I have known Suzanne for a number of years and I think that she will make a fantastic MLA. Vote Suzanne Anton for sound fiscal policy on May 14th. A vote for the BC Conservatives is a vote for the NDP!"

Bernie Simpson, C.M., former Fraserview NDP MLA (Recipient of the Order of Canada):

“The Province of British Columbia is in turbulent economic times.  Vancouver-Fraserview is a unique riding with over 35 ethnic communities which has a multitude of issues dominated by economic concerns.

The residents of Vancouver-Fraserview understand what it means to “make ends meet”.

As the former MLA for Vancouver-Fraserview, I recognize the need for a MLA who has had experience in dealing with the issues.

Suzanne has had extensive experience as a teacher, lawyer, former prosecutor, and 6 years on Vancouver’s City Council.

In this critical election I urge the residents of Vancouver-Fraserview, regardless of their political affiliation, to vote for a candidate who has the most experience in representing yours and your family’s interest in Victoria – Suzanne Anton.”

Hon. Herb Dhaliwal, Campaign Chair:

“Im proud to support Suzanne Anton as the BC Liberal Candidate in Fraserview. Suzanne is a hard worker, is committed to public service, and will be a great representative for Fraserview”

Councillor Elizabeth Ball, Vancouver City Council:

"Suzanne builds connections from federal cabinet ministers to privincial premiers to leaders in business. She is passionate about building a great province, and will use her knowledge of cimmunities around BC to help make that happen. I wish her all the best as she continues to serve the Province with energy and a deep commitment to public service"

Kelly & Maggie Ip, Former Vancouver City Councillor:
